So, this is Jake and I on day 4 of the pioneer trek! We were the ma and pa to 9 fabulous teenagers for 4 days. Now, please keep in mind, this is day 4 of no showers, deoderant, toothpaste, makeup or brushes...I can almost smell my armpits looking at this picture! I LOVE running water!
A few days before the trek, Jake built "the shelter" in our backyard, just for practice. Since it was the beginning of spring break, Ashlinn stayed up late (9:00pm) to help him. She thought it was really cool that the other kids were in bed and she was helpin'!
