a 3 year old son to be exact.
He turned 3 last Sunday and I can NOT believe it.
He is so darn cute and crazy all wrapped up into one darling body.
{my heart be still}
He wanted a lightning Mcqueen cake.
So I made one....after alot of blog hopping for an idea.
Since his birthday was on Sunday, fast Sunday, we had a fast/ easy/ clean breakfast of eggo waffles.
{that happen to be his favorite treat}
We celebrated at grandma and Grandpas that night.
That is where Jake played "mexican game show" and pushed his face in his cake.
I think he was angry at first that we messed up his cake more than anything, but once he realized he had frosting on his face, things were good!
I am so happy I have a little Tater Tot.
My life would be so much less "fun" without his wild antics.
{just last week alone he smeared poo and hid in Target {and shut it down} for 20 minutes.
I am the luckiest mom in the world!

Happy B-day Tate! I can't believe he's 3. You must elaborate on the Target comment. Please let that be your next post.
I am so glad Tate had a birthday so I could check out that cute Happy Birthday sign. ADORABLE! Tate, your cake is the bomb even if your nose got to it first. Happy birfday bud! Maybe next year you can lock down Walmart... what the? I need to hear the story
What's with you and lockdowns in stores?;) Good job on the cake. I need to experiment more with making 3D cakes instead of always buying or borrowing a pan and decorating it cute.
