Pregnant. For.ev.er.

As maybe you can tell by the title, I am at the end of this pregnancy. Like 4 more weeks. Home stretch, baby. I am getting to the point of "done".
Don't get me wrong, I'm not guzzling castor oil yet, since there are still 4 more weeks left, but several times a day I am giving myself pep talks.
"You've got this. He's so worth it."

Fun facts:
My only real craving is ice. Any ice will do, but sonic ice has my heart. I have dreamt about it. It's that serious. I call it an addiction. I wake up thinking about ice and go to bed wanting it. Good thing they sell it by the bag... Or I'd just move into my car and hang out in the drive thru.

My belly is not "that" big.
With hallie and Tate my belly was far larger. (And so was my booty) Especially with Tate.
That boy.
Whenever I feel like a bloated whale, I just remember that I have been bigger. :)

As I type this, little man is doing alien movements. My entire belly is shifting from side to side like he is doing the wave. It's so funny. Doc said he is head down and "engaged" so he apparently has skillz to roll around while hanging out in my pelvis. (Fun sentence to write)

As far as names go, his middle name will be Loye, after jakes grandpa willis. We have crew Jacob, Tate Dahl, and now (insert first name) Loye. Three Willis boys representing 3 generations of Willis men. Kinda gives me goosebumps.
First names we are considering:
Colter, Ronan, miles, pace, teancum (that's all jake), Parker, and a few more.
It'll be fun to see what happens over the next 4 weeks... And actually ends up on his birth certificate.

There are no 5 children on the planet more excited to meet "baby brother" as ash, Hal, crew, Tate and Macy.
Their teachers all have weekly updates
About his size, what's developing, when they felt him kick, etc. Etc. Etc. On the days that I think, "I don't want to be pregnant one more day!!"  I get the sweetest belly kisses, questions, and hear about what they want to teach him when he gets here. It puts everything back into perspective. It's all worth it.

But just so I remember...
My hips and pelvic bones are on fire. All day... But especially all night.
I feel like there is a bowling ball sitting on my... Specials.
My heart burn is acting up.
My cankles and "silly putty" legs are in full swing.
I greatly dislike my 2 pair of maternity jeans that have been in rotation for the last 6 months.
I wear basketball shorts more than I wear anything else.
I waddle. I desperately try to conceal the waddle, but at the end of the day, when my muscles are tired, I just give into the awkward hobble. Embrace it. It's here to stay. {for 4 more weeks}
I still have a difficult time chewing gum.
( since the first trimester)
When my breath is really rotten and I can't brush, I'll take like a 1/3 piece and chew it for a few minutes and then throw it away. I just don't like mint.
but yet, I brush my teeth like 4 ( plus) times a day.
It's getting excessive.
My nails are growing at a rapid pace. I swear I cut the talons every week, but they are still so long.
Something I forgot about pregnancy: veins. Lots and lots of veins. With all of the extra blood flow, my skin is like a well defined road map. They should use me in an anatomy class showing where veins lead.
Braxton hicks: all.day.long.

Now that I have spilled all of the pregnancy beans, I need to say, I can not wait to hold this baby boy. I can't wait to see what he looks like, kiss his cheeks, and watch his facial expressions while he sleeps. Yes, this 4 weeks may seem like its 12, but he will be entirely worth it. I am in the last month of my last pregnancy ever. I need to find the joy in everyday.

Little man, we are so excited to meet you!!!

I'm not sure how I'm just reading this, but I am! And it was fun to read, knowing your finally have your little man in your arms and off your "specials". :) And that you named him Miles! Yay! Your pregnancy woes just made me want a hysterectomy. Pronto. I Loathe being pregnant. Which I hate admitting. Especially to those Eve counterparts that LOVE it. Pu-lease. Hemorrhoids and constant pee leaking?! HOW is that enjoyable, I ask? It is a good thing a precious baby is the end result! I can't wait to meet yours!!!
