Twinners.

Twin days are awesomely fun.
(especially when you are a little girl)

Within the last few weeks several of our family members have had twin days...
Some planned.
Others... Not so much.
( sadly, not all are pictured)

Hallie had twin day at school.
She and one of her besties planned every element of their outfits for days before.
(even down to the hair style)
It was no surprise that they looked adorbs and wanted to do it again the next week.

Macy-
We walked into church a few weeks ago and there was a gorgeous new picture hanging in the foyer of the building.
It is of Christ holding a little dark brown baby.
Macy saw the picture and started shrieking ,
" mom, it's Jesus and Macy!!!!" "look!!!!"
She found her twin. :)
The others in the foyer and i were overjoyed with her reaction.
Whoever chose that print probably didn't know the impact it would have on my baby girl.
Thank you!

On easter Sunday each of us put on our new Easter frocks and headed to church... All fancy.
Much to ashlinns surprise ... And delight... One of our best friends had the same dress!!!
Could it get any better?!?!

Jake's turn...
On a Saturday, Jake went on a complicated hike with the young women in the ward and several leaders.
At 4am he went to closet and pulled out a baseball type shirt I had bought him several years ago on clearance.
He had only worn it once before, but he wasnt a fan.
So he decided since this hike had mud and rocks he could wear it and not feel bad if it was damaged.
He walked to the church parking lot in the dark.
It wasn't until the sun was up at their destination that he realized that he and one of the female leaders had on the exact same shirt... Down to the colors.
What are the odds that this shirt ... Made several years before and had only been worn one other time...
Could possibly be chosen by both if them... On the same day.
(Hehe.)
Jake had a really good laugh when he got home.
And then donated the shirt to the d.I pile. :)

Whether planned or not,
Everyone needs a twin day every on e in a while !!!

I am laughing really hard right now! I want to see what this mysterious unisex shirt looks like. It is so wierd, random how that happens. It happend to Casey at Sea World. He was sitting next to a guy at a show and half way through we noticed they had the EXACT same shirt on. I have a pic of it. Im pretty sure if it was a girl he would have bought a shamoo shirt at the gift shop and tossed the other in the garbage. Too funny!
