{A piece of advice you have for others}
I am full of useful tidbits.
Here are 3:
1. Don't pottty train your child until they are 3.
99% of children will not be ready until right around their 3 year old birthday.
Save yourself the poop in the underwear, pee on every surface and the long term trauma... and just wait!!
{those stats were made up in my head. No supporting data}
2. Soda is evil.
You think you are having a beverage when really you are consuming 16 teaspoons of sugar in one can.
{not to mention the caffeine and carbonation effects on your body}
You drink diet? It has no sugar or calories you say?
How 'bout them chemical sweeteners that are taking over your blood stream...
or the fact that most soda actually dehydrates you more than it quenches thirst?
I'm not saying drinking a can every month or 2 is gonna kill you, but a 64 oz. each morning for breakfast isn't doing you any good. at. all.
Give it up.
Drink water. It's free.
3. Pray every single day.
{at least twice}
Kneeling on your knees and talking to your Creator really can change things.
When you realize He loves you and He hears you, you will know that you CAN do hard things,
Because you are never alone. He has a plan for you and as long as you have faith and listen.
His plan is ALWAYS better than what you planned for yourself. Always.
You will also be able to recognize your blessings when you start thanking Him individually for them.
Pray more often. Be grateful.
You will be glad you did.
{I am now stepping off of my soap box}
