Hair spectacular

Since ashlinn came out the whomb with a head full of hair, I have spent 9.5 years daily doing at least 2 sets of hair.
These days I style 6 heads daily.
( unless Tate decides to wear his trusty hat, then it's 5)

I thought I had a handle on the situation...
And then Macy's hair started breaking off around the back and sides
( hence the unicorn)

The top of her hair continued to grow, and my usual styles were neither protecting against breakage nor hiding the damage well.
My inexperience in ethnic hair care was becoming more and more obvious.

Soooo, I did what I could... And spent a day lost in YouTube hair tutorials.

I think we may have found her perfect "protecting and growing out" hairstyle. No rubber bands, no daily detangling, no fluffing out of the carseat.
(And she looks so stinking cute!!)

On the subject of hair, it was also crazy hair day this week. Crew was having one of his worst hard days, so it didnt go as smoothly as planned, but each school babe did get their desired crazy style in time for school.
(And indeed looked crazy)

Jen you are a good mom. I never fix my boys hair unless its church! And I never even brush denims for school I use my fingers and put it in a pony tail every day lol! I try to fix hers on Sunday but mostly it ends up in in a pony that day too! I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree since I never do my hair unless its date night or church. And you always have yours looking nice and done! Way to go Jen!
